Unfortunately, I can't copy and save from the Gap Filler website, as there is some kind of issue with the html. In brief, Gap Filler was/is an effort to make use of the land left vacant by September's quake. The site that formerly housed South of the Border and an auto electrician (see photo below) was the first to host many days and evenings of music and outdoor cinema. See details here.
