Civil Defence has added a further 55 quake-damaged Christchurch buildings to the demolition list.
Yesterday's list showed another 29 buildings will be demolished, including 14 heritage buildings, and 14 will be partially demolished, including five heritage buildings.
Many of the demolitions have already started or been completed, including the Harbour Light Theatre and Empire Hotel on Lyttelton's main street.
Another 12 buildings, including Mona Vale Homestead and the Regent Theatre in Worcester Street, will be repaired and made safe.
The announcement brings the total number of buildings on the list to 348, although more than one hundred buildings were still expected to be added.
Civil Defence said the status of some buildings could change as more information was received and if buildings were impacted by further aftershocks.
There has been no change in the status of significant buildings, including the Hotel Grand Chancellor.
